Rule Singbox Mihomo

自动生成适用于 sing-box 和 Mihomo 的规则集，每日更新。

• 脚本生成: 采用 blackmatrix7/ios_rule_script 的规则集，使用脚本自动生成。
• 平铺目录结构: 所有规则文件在同一目录，便于管理
• 完整版: 包含 domain domain_suffix ip_cidr domain_keyword process_name ，适合在Linux、Windows 和 macOS 上使用。
• 精简版 (Lite): 包含 domain domain_suffix ip_cidr domain_keyword ，适合在iOS 和 Android 上使用。
• 双格式支持:
  • .json - 人类可读，方便调试
  • .srs - 二进制格式，性能最优

• 三种格式任选（~30k规则）：
  • .yaml - 标准格式，兼容性最好
  • .list - 纯文本格式，加载更快
  • .mrs - 二进制格式，性能最优（仅支持纯domain/ipcidr规则）

• MaxMind 数据源: 基于 Dreamacro/maxmind-geoip 项目
• 200+ 国家/地区: 完整的全球 IP 地址段数据
• sing-box 专用: SRS 二进制格式，加载速度快
• 文件命名: geoip-{国家代码}.srs（如 geoip-cn.srs）

• 更新时间: 每日北京时间 20:00（UTC 12:00）
• 更新方式: GitHub Actions 自动构建
• 缓存刷新: 自动清理 jsDelivr CDN 缓存

注意：Sing-box 规则生成时会跳过 IP-ASN 规则，仅包含 DOMAIN、DOMAIN-SUFFIX、DOMAIN-KEYWORD、IP-CIDR 和 PROCESS-NAME 规则。
