Kanata home-row mods

Configuration and installation now live in Tailor. Tailor manages the layout, keyboard selection, device permissions, systemd service, and gaming toggle together.

This repository's install.sh forwards to the sibling Tailor checkout. Set TAILOR_DIR if it lives elsewhere. Internal and external keyboards are detected automatically:

Tailor supports local device exclusions and explicit keyboard lists when needed. The layout has mirrored Ctrl/Alt/Super/Shift home-row mods and a typing-idle guard. Left Alt is ordinary Alt; the symbols layer has been removed.
