I flew a docking test with my Gemini, and there suffered a catastrophic failure:

SPACECRAFT COLLIDES. HEAVY DAMAGE. FLIGHT CREW IS UNCONSCIOUS AND STRANDED IN ORBIT.

It must have (if anything) hit the Safety of the DM, because the capsule was unaffected--though I don't think the DM was docked either. However for my next docking test I noticed this--it shows my DM in yellow, indicating it's below Max R&D, which shouldn't be possible for docking modules.

Then I saw this in R&D. The game gave my DMs a Max R&D!
