Dutch front-end engineer with a degree in graphic design. Experienced in e-commerce agencies (B2B/B2C), large-scale in-house SaaS, e-learning, and government projects. Professional and hobby projects are primarily built with modern React/Next.js, TypeScript, serverless functions, and PostgreSQL/SQLite (via Drizzle ORM). Front-end wise, I’ve recently been exploring SolidJS and Svelte.
My interests go far beyond front-end development. I'm a big advocate of proper DX. I've built dozens of tools for myself, such as drizzleasy, Docki, Turso database automation tool, GithubCLI addon, Hygienic, and many custom tools in my dotfiles.
Recently, I've been building some of the most aesthetic tools you'll find, including a beautiful codeblock and a tree code viewer. I’ve also worked on a HonoJS backend , CRUD abstractions, rolled my own authentication system and my over-engineerd personal site.
Some projects are in progress,some abandoned. Privately, I’m also building a desktop personal management application in Tauri (TypeScript & Rust) and an in-browser database studio.
