…guration - Removed the MIT License section and related third-party software details from NOTICE.md. - Updated README.md to remove unnecessary formatting for dependencies. - Deleted the ONNXRuntime CMake configuration file as it is no longer needed.

Revise NOTICE.md and README.md to streamline content and remove outdated references. Eliminate the ONNXRuntime CMake configuration as it is no longer required.
