Fix rdf-overhead checkout detection: key on tracked adapter dir

[Fix] the deployed-copy detection checked for adapters/claude-code/output
      (gitignored, absent in fresh checkouts), so CI fired the warning into
      BATS-merged output and broke the jq parses; key on the tracked
      adapters/claude-code dir instead
