1. Create a Firebase project at console.firebase.google.com
2. Enable Authentication → Email/Password + Google
3. Create a Firestore database in production mode
4. Generate a service account key (Project Settings → Service Accounts)
5. Register a Web app and copy the config to frontend/.env.local
