This is a follow-up to #1199, which also addresses #545. Rather than using
throwwilly nilly, it adds amodule.errorhelper which augments error objects with locations and code frames, where appropriate.Technically a breaking change, though unlikely to be so in practice.
Still to do: update the CLI
