Description
With #2437, test speed decreased significantly due to the noticeably slower minified browser builds. This PR fixes this by adding a special
build:testscript that excludes the browser builds and is run before tests.This also modifies the prepublish script to use the build:bootstrap script to always create Rollup using the upcoming version when publishing.
To have different builds, the config file now reads the command options, a feature that was added in #1926. To not have warnings due to unknown options, the command object is cleaned up in the config file. Another test is added to make sure it is possible to modify the command options in the config file so that we do not break this in the future.
