Regression guard: added shared Outfit weight list and critical-font test

Problem

Headings authored as font-bold render SemiBold. Only weights 400, 500 and 600 are registered, so the browser matches the SemiBold instance of the variable Outfit file, which already contains weight 700.

Solution

One OUTFIT_WEIGHTS list, now 400 to 700, feeds both Fontless and the critical inline face. No new font file: bytes and preloads are unchanged, and CSS grows by 371 bytes.

Verification

  • Production builds with the post-build check pass. The test fails if 700 leaves the shared list.
  • Pricing, sign-in, sign-up, password pages and the support widget render Bold. Terms is pixel-identical, as are 400, 500 and 600 control texts.
  • Chromium only, fonts served locally. Authenticated app and admin headings are traced in source, not rendered. The licenses heading asks for 800 and now renders Bold instead of SemiBold.
