Hi there 👋

I am a Research Fellow based at Oxford Population Health studying the evolution of microbes, particularly pathogenic bacteria and viruses. I have diverse interests in genomics/metagenomics, statistical/population genetics, phylogenetics, and community ecology. My current research involves developing novel computational methods and software tools to build genetic genealogies using large-scale bacterial and viral genomic datasets.
