MCMC_Algorithms contains code to run the MCMC samplers for the non-sparse PLT model, the UGLT model, and the sparse PLT model.

Run_Simulations contains code that was used to run the simulations for studies 1, 2 and 3 in the Thesis.

Simulation_Analysis contains code that was used to generate the plots and tables for studies 1, 2 and 3.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This code is messy and inefficient. I'm currently working on optimizing slow functions, re writing parts of the code with rcpp, and writing the documentation.
