check TypedPath: for now only PosixPath allows/disallowes .. or . inside (WindowsPath - no), I am still thinking if this is ok UI.

TODO: rename patternStrict! elab for glob to glob! (this is glob that doesnt allow to write **/*/foo, but only */**/foo)
