Perform following tasks in this PR
1- Updated Board creation process to create only mines in DB
2- Removed board state column
3- Added rake task to update previous created board to make them compatible with this new approach.
4- Updated test cases and added new test case for high cell to mine ratio
5- Added ActiveRecord import gem to reduce SQL queries while mine creation in board generation process
