feat: add main.xml dependency graph tracking for smart upload filtering

When the model directory contains a main.xml, recursively resolve all
files referenced via <_include file="..."/> directives and only package
those files for upload. Unreferenced files (including valid .xml) are
excluded.

This aligns the Maven plugin with the cargo-teaql CLI's upload behavior
and prevents accidental upload of stale or unrelated files in the model
directory.

- Add resolveAllowedFiles() for recursive _include graph resolution
- Extract isModelFile() for centralized extension whitelist (.xml, .ksml)
- Pass allowed file set into ZipDirectoryVisitor for graph-based filtering
- Guard log.info in prepareUpload for null-safe test execution
- Add 4 new test cases (total: 10) covering graph tracking, recursive
  includes, yml exclusion, and extension validation
