They seem to be some sort of binary files. Do you have more information on the corresponding application and possibly about the files itself?

I have CARTA as a recipe program.
Now I would like to import the recipes into Gourmet recepbeheer.
Is there a way to put those 59923 recipes in?
If not, I hope to be able to do that one day.
