Add minor coffee-making abilities to C (and possibly C++) source code. ☕️  Synopsis:

• renoirpatch [...options...] [-o out.c] in.c
• cc [...cc-options... ...input-files... out.c ...] -lopenrenoir [...]

Requires Coccinelle, Python 3 + LZ4, AWK, and a C compiler.

For projects that use GNU Autoconf, you can further say

• axrenoirscan [...options...] [src-dir]

instead of using autoscan.
