Service for on-call engineers in YBIYRI teams. When you've been firefighting for hours and need to hand context to the next person, Slack fragments don't cut it. Captures timestamped actions during incidents and generates structured handoff briefs. WebSocket real-time sync, Prometheus metrics, feature flags, contract tests and integration tests. Built from scratch to understand every layer. Frontend (Vue + TypeScript) in progress.

Mini-Bash 5.2 replica in pure C. Solo. Pipes, redirections, heredocs, variable expansion, wildcards, subshells, all builtins. ~300 hours across 3 weeks.

I wrote this because the Synapse docs don't explain Railway, the mautrix-discord docs don't walk you through Synapse, Railway docs don't cover Matrix, and v0.7.x broke every existing tutorial. 7 parts, PostgreSQL to first bridged channel.
