Modify the data in cv.json to match your own experience, then use this data repo alongside cvsmith to generate a nice resume.
Lean on AI to help you isolate your strengths. I know it sounds cliche and slop-ey, but it's not: Don't lean on AI to write your resume for you, lean on it to simply help distill patterns in your work and achievements.
Seriously! Talk to it. The way I ended up generating my CV was literally just conversationally talking to ChatGPT about my work history and projects, and then once I had braindumped everything to it I asked it to summarize things. Not only did it summarize my experience well, it pulled out several insights that I had not thought of.
Use those insights and patterns, and then rewrite the cv.json here in your own words. Doing it in your own words is important, because you need to be able to talk about it in detail. The interviewer is going to ask about it, and that's not something to be afraid of - that's the entire point of the CV.
