Worlds easiest and cheapest to build brewing control. Supports mashing and fermentation. Combine multiple Bricks to control higher wattages or different functions (heating, cooling, pumps). Works with smartphone, iPad, Mac, & PC.
This work presents an initial investigation and implementation of how LLMs can be used to automate educational processes. We implemented FermentAI, a VT for answering students’ questions to deepen their knowledge about fermentation processes. This aims to provide students with an open-access interactive tool that is trained on curated data.
Raspberry Pi (or clone) and Arduino/ESP32 powered smart still controller system. Designed around the Still Spirits T500 column and boiler, but can be easily added to any other gas or electric still with a dephlegmator.
Air Still (or clone) upgrade that uses an SCR board or SSR for heating element control and an ESP32 to make the whole thing smarter. Eliminates that constant full power on/off switching to the heating element and the possibility of scorching. Plus even more features.
The Pseudobatch transformation is a method to easy analysis of measurement from a fed-batch fermentation process. After transformation, the data can be analysed as if it was obtained from a batch fermentation process. The Pseudobatch transformation is especially useful for fed-batch processes where samples where drawn from the bioreactor.
