Shrinkwrap is a JOSM plugin that offers three actions to create:
- A convex hull around the selection
- A "shrinkwrapped" way (concave hull) around the selection
- A "ballooned" way (inner concave hull?) around the cursor
In JOSM, go to Menu Bar > Edit > Preferences > Plugins and search for "shrinkwrap".
Create an issue on github or contact me on osm.
Written in Kotlin using Florian Schäfer's excellent Gradle plugin.
