<RRSAgent> I have made the request to generate https://www.w3.org/2017/11/09-tt-minutes.html nigel
<nigel> atai: My proposal is to do the same as linePadding, to leave it in IMSC 1.1 and take it out
<nigel> .. of TTML2. The rationale is first that we are waiting for a proper solution in HTML and CSS.
<nigel> .. It won't happen before we publish TTML2 so we should keep the established solution.
<nigel> .. From the previous discussion it is unlikely that we will be able to pull it into TTML2,
<nigel> .. or define it in a new namespace, so we should take it out of TTML2 and keep it in IMSC1.1.
<nigel> glenn: Does Netflix plan to use fillLineGap?
<nigel> cyril: We are not using it now but I think we want to use it.
<nigel> glenn: I have no objection to taking it out but we should get a Netflix view.
<nigel> .. There was a question about if it is semantically the same.
<nigel> pal: It was different. We spent a long time getting it right in IMSC 1.1 so we should copy
<nigel> .. it directly.
<nigel> RESOLUTION: Remove fillLineGap from TTML2 and retain itts:fillLineGap in IMSC 1.1.
