Lab in this project we seperate the data organizing process into 4 phases. phase 0 is to collect the function that will be used later into one program, so that i can import them and not re-implemting them. phase 1 is to combined the fragment of the data file into one big file. phase 2 is to organize the data. to make the data more readable, insert "x" for lost or incorrect datas. phase 3 is to get the mean of the data in a fix amount of time.
