  1. feat(desktop): add About Coral to the app menu (#2030) 

    ## Summary

Currently there's no way of knowing which version of Coral Desktop you
have installed. Adding an "About" menu that opens a native dialog that
tells you version + commit sha

  2. feat(reef): add a base URL field to source creation (#2024) 

    ## Summary

For OpenAPI spec sources, we need a separate base URL, to tell Coral
_which endpoint_ to hit when fetching the data; the first URL points to
the OpenAPI spec, which is _not_ what we need.


## Test plan

Paste https://lordsvotes-api.parliament.uk/swagger/v1/swagger.json,
check base URL is inferred correctly.
