Summary

This PR adds Korean (ko) language support to the project.

A new ko locale has been introduced to improve accessibility for Korean-speaking users.

Scope of Changes

• Added Korean (ko) translation files
• Verified that the application can correctly load the new locale
• No changes to application logic or UI behavior

Motivation

I have an academic and practical background in computer vision and AI applications, and I am actively involved in extending this project with features commonly required in real-world workflows.

Adding Korean language support helps broaden the accessibility of the project and supports users and contributors from Korean-speaking regions.
