RandomX commitments were proposed in monero-project/monero#8827, added to RandomX in tevador/RandomX#265 and will go live with the next Monero network upgrade.
BlockTemplate.h/cppandDaemonClient.h/cppwere not updated because Monero codebase hasn't implemented commitments yet, so there is no reference code.
