Version bump 1.7.1 → 1.9.0 (pyproject.toml + __init__.py) and changelog roll-up — the unreleased v1.8.0 EventSink section folds into one ## [1.9.0] entry since it never shipped separately. Three error-format snapshots regenerated via the sanctioned UPDATE_SNAPSHOTS=1 path (version string is the only change).

Linux verification (this container): pytest -m "not slow" — 961 passed, 41 skipped, including the RLIMIT_AS tests that fail as macOS environmentals. Wheel + sdist build green (activegraph-1.9.0), version-sync tests green.

Owner's two commands after merging:

  1. git tag v1.9.0 && git push origin v1.9.0 — tagged CI validates tag == __version__ and publishes
  2. Confirm 1.9.0 on PyPI (pip index versions activegraph) — then, and only then, merge the packs pin-swap PR

Bump 1.7.1 → 1.9.0 in pyproject.toml and activegraph.__version__,
matching the CONTRACT v1.9 milestone already on main. Roll the
unreleased sections into a single '## [1.9.0] — 2026-07-10' entry:
the staged-but-never-published v1.8.0 EventSink/outbound-observation
section folds in (it never shipped separately), with one merged
Added and one merged Migration section. Error-format snapshots that
embed the framework version regenerate via UPDATE_SNAPSHOTS=1
(version string is the only change).

Verified: wheel + sdist build green (activegraph-1.9.0), version-sync
tests green, pytest -m 'not slow' green except the 4 documented
pre-existing macOS RLIMIT_AS environmental failures, mypy green,
docstring gate green.

Tagging and PyPI/CI publish stay with the owner.
