Hey, I'm Max

I'm the co-founder of WakeUp Labs. I work on the shift underneath the tools: how people work, what companies are for, and which businesses are worth building as AI becomes the default.

That means production systems that hold, and partnerships with teams that are already creating impact and know how to grow.

WakeUp Labs

At WakeUp Labs we build and operate production systems for finance and crypto. Payments, treasury, and settlement run in production, under a mandate, with a record of who acted and why. Agents are one part of that. We stay after go-live.
