- Ingests 2.9M county permit records and flags the 246k re-roof permits among them
- Scores statewide property data into 515k ranked leads, route-clustered (k-means) for door-to-door crews using it daily
- Python / pandas / PyArrow pipeline over a DuckDB permit store; Next.js 16 admin + canvasser app
- Self-managed Ubuntu VPS — systemd, nginx, blue/green zero-downtime deploys, Cloudflare Full-Strict TLS, GitHub Actions CI/CD
Before that: Yokai Trials — multiplayer action game, lead developer, 15 months.
- Server-authoritative movement anti-cheat validating every client position packet at 20 Hz, with physics-derived velocity limits and ping-scaled tolerance
- Rebuilt melee hit detection on that verified position stream — ~30% faster hit registration than the engine default
- Led a two-person team; 2M+ TikTok views and a 5,000-member Discord pre-launch
