Using Ardyth's LIMES technique: 

List:  teal background embossed with stamp cancelling, postage stamp die with black outlines, floral image 

Include: postage stamp die, floral image 

Modify: pierced teal background,  postage stamp die with single black outline, white embossed sentiment on black strip

Exclude:

Spin: Christmas!
