I am extremely disappointed with the recent school sports team photos we purchased. The pricing is very high for what is ultimately a basic product, and the quality does not come close to representing the cost.

The online image selection process was particularly frustrating, with limited choice resulting in my son appearing to be looking away in the final photo. Given the number of images that are usually taken, better options should be available to parents before committing to an expensive purchase.

The postage charges also feel excessive, adding further cost to what is already an overpriced service. Having purchased school photographs over a number of years, I have noticed that the overall image quality appears to have declined rather than improved.

For the prices being charged, I would expect a much higher standard of photography, image selection, and customer experience. Unfortunately, this purchase represents poor value for money and has been a disappointing experience.

I would like to thank Mark Hotham for creating such special trip with many memories, to all the guides, Sophea, Tien & Tan and the drivers. Will I be booking another trip with Audley - yes, my only problem is what location😀. I could not recommend a better company for making something you will never forget

Having had a great experience I was let down with my payment being made to wrong account initially, but then corrected. Having made contact with staff they could not have been more active to correct their mistakes.

A good experience is one thing but a company that cares is hard to find and I truly believe Cubitts cares. Thank you
