Service, photographs and framing absolutely perfect. Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged.
I ordered 3 products but wasn’t able to select my chosen photograph for the walnut framed photograph. This may have been due to something I was doing wrong. Wasn’t a problem as ordered over the telephone and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful.

It was very easy from start to finish, from picking my photo package to having my photographs taken on my graduation day and eventhough I delayed ordering my photographs the staff helped me through every step. My photographs arrived within days and I am VERY happy with them. I regret not getting a family photograph - next time!

Great from start to finish

I am extremely disappointed with the recent school sports team photos we purchased. The pricing is very high for what is ultimately a basic product, and the quality does not come close to representing the cost.

The online image selection process was particularly frustrating, with limited choice resulting in my son appearing to be looking away in the final photo. Given the number of images that are usually taken, better options should be available to parents before committing to an expensive purchase.

The postage charges also feel excessive, adding further cost to what is already an overpriced service. Having purchased school photographs over a number of years, I have noticed that the overall image quality appears to have declined rather than improved.

For the prices being charged, I would expect a much higher standard of photography, image selection, and customer experience. Unfortunately, this purchase represents poor value for money and has been a disappointing experience.

The communication, assistance and speed of delivery of my daughter's Cambridge graduation group picture was all excellent. The border decoration is beautifully done. So pleased. Thank you!

I am dealing with Lafayette many years now for all school photos and they and their website have been great. I had lost two photos on a failed USB stick and within an hour, Emma had found and sent me the two precious photos. Cannot recommend them enough.
