Delivery
This clock was a gift for my sister. I had given clear instructions to ring her number for delivery. She was waiting for the delivery all afternoon after I got the email. No sign of it. I wasn’t given a delivery confirmed email, so I presumed it had not been delivered. It had been delivered, to a hair dressers downstairs from her address. I wasn’t sent an email saying this. It could have easily not made it to my sister. She went looking around downstairs to see if it has been delivered to the SuperValu, which was also downstairs from her address and the hairdressers. I didn’t feel this was good enough when I had paid a good amount for delivery.
