Recently I bought the latest iPhone in castlebar Harvey Norman , it hasn’t worked properly since the day it was bought , we even had ourselves covered with insurance , and accidental damage , this phone has cost the guts of 1.5k , they sent off my phone to apple to get it fixed leaving me with no phone for weeks , added an extra €30 fee!! , and for it to come back the same state it was in before it left and they will not replace it with a new iphone . The most horrible customer service , I am disgusted in the level of ignorance by the staff I have dealt with and can assure I will NEVER buy a thing from this company/store ever again ,purely a money greedy company!

Today at your Blanchardstown Store my husband and I purchased a Radcliff Oak 2 Door corner TV Stand. The sales assistant Paul could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond what we expected. We had picked out a TV stand on your website. Unfortunately, however, there were none in the showroom. Paul, assisted us by showing us the type of wood used in another piece of furniture. He also went through the different measurements of each corner unit to help us make our decision. He was exceptional in his attention to us and to our needs. We cannot over state how helpful he was. A rarity these days. Thank you Paul!

Placed an order online (SHUK_729300) and they refused to ship it despite me paying their shipping fees. No product and no refund as yet. Shocking customer service, buy elsewhere. EDIT - The reply below from Suave home basically confirms everything I've written and simply tries (badly) to justify it. It doesn't change the facts.

This was a gift for my daughter who lives in Galway. She enjoys lots of watersports and was delighted to receive it. It is nicely made with wooden surround and beautiful blended colours
