DONT TOUCH !!!!

No improvement with this company. Order was delivered with a part broken. Contacted them immediately with photos by email and followed up with a call which was answered. I was /promised that replacement would be ordered but this never materialised. Told on more than one occasion that deliver was scheduled and tracking number would be issued by email. Never received the email. Tried to call their contact number but all calls are blocked by the receiver. Requested refund by email but to date have not had any response. From a costumer service point of view this company is abysmal and would recommend that nobody places an order with them.

Outdoor Poly Rattan Chair €151.13

The package arrived in a terrible state. Screws, bolts and small parts were all thrown into large cardboard box. In total 19 pieces were missing. I contacted seller twice. Both times he/she told me a pick up had been arranged for a return and refund. The pick up never happened, and I never heard anything again from the seller despite contacting several times. I conclude this is not a genuine seller, but a seller who has set out to take people's money with no intention of delivering the goods.

I would like to thank homeandgarden.ie for the quality of my Sofa bed. Please pass my thanks to the staff from a very satisfied and happy customer. The new sofa bed look fantastic in my room. It's well-made and comfortable. Another excellent option!

Time wasters

Much like other reviewers I paid for an item that they said they had 70 on stock of, only to be told they were put of stock. Now I'm waiting on a refund to order elsewhere.

Hi there Lyn. If there is ever an instance when something goes out of stock and we have not managed to take it down in time, we inform the customer and in this instance we did offer you alternatives. We apologise for the inconvenience but it was an issue with one of our suppliers who we wont be using any more. Unfortunately, these things can happen in business. Homeandgarden.ie

Be aware of these scammers

Ordered a gazebo ..they emailed saying none in stock even though it states even now 66 on the website.
That was fine..waiting on a refund ages now..email back and forth and they now saying they paid it and its my bank..my bank have received noting..charge back and small claims court next.. absolute scammers
Update I had to get my bank to charge back my money as this company never refunded me!
They have replied now that they did refund me in full but they did not it was my bank that took my money back from them...they still have not apologised or acknowledged any of this

Be careful !scammers !I am trying to get back my money from mayf for the item they never sent. Kerp making excuses why the money is not refunded.
