Recently purchased a double bed from…

Recently purchased a double bed mattress from Fabb Furniture, was served by Waqas. Extremely nice fella, he gave me some really good advice on which mattress would suit me best. Absolutely no pressure to buy, a very good experience. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to buy furniture from Fabb, a 1st class team.

FAB Experience

The sales person (Lisa) acknowledged our presence as soon as we walked in and advised us to ask for help if needed.
At no time did we feel under pressure and were given space & time to look at all the sofas etc
Once we had decided on our choice, Lisa was excellent in describing the mechanisms & the materials and thoroughly explained about the aftercare of the sofa/chair . Lisa then went onto explain how long we would have to wait until delivery.
In fact everything was explained exceptionally well and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family & friends. Thank you!

Haris is an absolute asset to the…

Haris is an absolute asset to the company. I work in sales myself so appreciate the effort you really go to help customers & honestly, he went above and beyond to make sure the sofa I fell in love with would fit my awkwardly shaped living room! He came in on his day off as it was the only time me & my partner were able to come to the showroom again. Thank you so much Haris, I can’t wait for the sofa to arrive!

New sofas impulse buy!!!

So i was just passing Fabb Furniture not intending to buy anything when something caught my eye and i ventured in Long story short ended up buying 2 sofas was served by Colyn who explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable friendly man who answered all my questions now just waiting for new sofas to arrive after Xmas can't wait

The sales assistant was excellent

The sales assistant was excellent. Not overly pushy, understood our decision-making process, and was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. (young woman with longish dark hair afraid I can't remember her name now - sorry!)

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Lovely assistant in the shop…informative and not pushy. Gave us an accurate delivery date, the delivery was perfect. Can highly recommend…and we are very pleased with our two sofas, albeit that the delivery man thought we’d got a mixed up order as the sofas are two different colours! It’s the future you know!

I bought a mattress

I bought a mattress, from getting help to choose the right mattress for me the assistance was impeccable and the entire process from start to finish was excellent. A big thankyou to all at the FABB store in North quay lowestoft. With extra special thanks to Simon and Chris for being exceptionally helpful friendly knowledgeable and professional including after care, I found them both to be assets to the company on every way. A big thankyou once again to all I am very happy with my brand new made for me mattress

Great service, great sofa

Our rep Mick was so professional, friendly and competent, when we went to another store to compare, I ended up comparing the service not the sofa. Fab won hands down on both product and service over DFS. Can’t wait to get that sofa!

What a load of rubbish furniture! Do not buy!

Buyer Beware
What a load of rubbish furniture for the price of £1500.00 over a grand for shoddy flat-pack faulty furniture. The customer service is non-existent.

I have sent 11 emails so far and have been completely ignored.
So much for the raved reviews.

I am asking for them just to sort it out. I have even quoted their obligations under the Consumer Act 2015 section 75 where between 31-60 days they either have to replace repair or refund. Still being ignored.
I am giving them time to respond as it stipulates but at the moment nothing happening .

It Was Good......But

The ordering of the sofa; smooth and painless, the delivery team on the day were great, very personable and efficient kept waste to a minimum and under control.
The sofa's were however over 4 weeks late, very little in the way of information from the company. Sold on a sale and forget basis it felt, then when you ring and give information it is not read or feels that it is not read so you are constantly relaying the same information. On the plus side the sofas are comfy they are here in my home and in time for christmas. Hahaha or should that be hohoho

Joke of a company

If I could give this company no stars then I would. I’ve had an ongoing issue with some wardrobes that I purchased last year that have not been fitted correctly.

I’ve been lied to, ignored and just treated with no respect at all. I’ve had call centre staff hang up on me as they didn’t know how to deal with the issue.

Avoid this company and take your business elsewhere

Faulty dining room chairs

Purchased a table and chairs and 2 sofas all at the same time from the Lowestoft store 2 years ago , within 8 weeks of delivery 1 of the swivel dining room chairs broke which they replaced. 10 months later 2 more broke ( same fault ) they replaced them. at the time of this happening I spoke to the customer care team and said I’m not happy that this keeps happening there is obviously a fault with the design to which I was told any further problems then I could choose a new set of chairs . A few weeks ago another chair broke a spring had gone on it , this chair is one of the replacements from earlier this year . Fabb furniture sent someone out today the spring will be replaced but they will not replace all chairs with a different set . I spent a lot of money with this company but sadly will not be buying from them again .
Staff at the Lowestoft store were very helpful when selling me these items and delivery etc was great but the lifetime guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on .

Had a bed and mattress ready to go

Had a bed and mattress ready to go - I needed quickly but wanted a comfy bed. John was Very helpful sales person and also helped arrange delivery slightly out of normal catchment area. I would shop again..
