Super sales team

Super sales team. They put no pressure on us, and allowed us to wander around and check out all the sofas in our own time, although they were never too far away if we had a question. Abal in particular went above and beyond, he is a very professional, but friendly salesperson and the first I've encountered to care enough about our comfort to make us a cup of tea and chat without the usual sales pressure. This was what made me choose to purchase my new sofa from DFS instead of Furniture Village

Easiest purchase I’ve ever made

Easiest purchase I’ve ever made . A very helpful young salesman who gave us all the information we needed. He left us to discuss it after he’d given us the information and we didn’t feel pressured into anything.He wasn’t pushy in any way and we felt relaxed dealing with him which was a pleasant change as we’ve had experience’s where we’ve felt harassed in other stores.

My daughter granddaughter and baby…

My daughter granddaughter and baby ,were at your Birmingham store and was served by Kev.
Who gave us his utmost care and attention ,he was very patient with all of us and even fetched hot water for baby's bottle .
We had a good shopping experience thank you Kev and bought 2 corner settees

Heather is a great credit to DFS !

Heather is a great credit to DFS !! Heather is a lovely professional , kind , caring , considerate lady she was the reason we purchased our sofa from the Torquay store, she is an absolute diamond & a pleasure to deal with , nothing was to much trouble & she certainly knows her products which filled us with confidence , we would certainly recommend her to all our family & friends . Really helpful staff

Really helpful staff, talked me through all of my options for picking out my sofa bed. Was more than happy to open them up and show me what they looked like set up.
I liked that I had all the optional extras explained but wasn’t pressured into buying unnecessarily, I was given a full breakdown of costs and all repayment options making it a very stress free experience. Thank you Dfs

Liam, Peterborough

The advisor who served us, Liam was friendly, knowledgable and clear in the way he explained the options and process.

Liam made us feel at ease and built rapport well, he gave us confidence in the product and service we would receive. He went out of the way to accommodate us, answered all our questions and gave us space to make our decision. Overall a very relaxed and smooth experience. The store was set out well and had a great range of options, well displayed and clean.

Our experience was amazing

Our experience was amazing. Liam was fantastic, so helpful, Interesting and interested. Paul, the manager double checked everything as they do, and he was great too. We had to go back in because there was a problem and we saw Waleed who also was incredibly helpful. The problem still was not resolved, not at all down to DFS, and we spoke to Brian who sorted things out for us. So all in all, a very professional, friendly and efficient team in the Plymouth store. Thank you so much.

outstanding service from Sam

Sam was outstanding. She welcomed us upon entry and never did we feel pressured into buying or made to feel uncomfortable if we walked away, reassuring us that it was OK to take a few days to make the right decision. Friendly, funny and down to earth. The rest of the staff were abrupt and not friendly in the slightest, so we were so lucky Sam got to us first!

Wonderful customer service

Very friendly Toby, very helpful, he made the sofa shopping experience a pleasure and enjoyable for us and ended up purchasing one that will be delivered next wee er em which is amazing!! Can’t fault him and will defs not be going anywhere else in future

The sales person explained everything…

The sales person explained everything about the sofa we choose, explaining our options of payments. There was no rush to purchase our sofa, no hard sales tactics, very good shopping experience. Definitely use DFS in the future and would highly recommend this store to friends.

My experience was fantastic because of…

My experience was fantastic because of one particular member of staff namely Linda who was one of the nicest people I’ve come across working in a shop. She was genuinely interested in what I wanted and didn’t over sell me anything but just took the time to get to know what I liked and with her advice I picked the most beautiful furniture and can’t wait for the delivery date. Her sense of humour is so good and I genuinely found her to be so knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture. She is a lovely lady and I’m grateful for her advice and help.

Do not trust this company at all

Do not trust this company at all. After having to get the ombudsman involved due to a faulty sofa and DFS refusing to fix the issue, I now have evidence that proves they are absolute liars after accusing me of not accepting their resolution to fix the issues. The Romford store is the absolute worse too, avoid the store and the company at all costs. I will now be taking my evidence and taking legal action against DFS and the Romford store! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Friendly and respectful service from…

Friendly and respectful service from Ellis in the Stockport store. We loved the design and softness of the new Grand Design sofas. Was advised greatly on the care instructions as well as the sofa protection cover. Very pleasant and happy experience!

I was a little indecisive and visited a…

I was a little indecisive and visited a couple of times with my family. Gary, Jason, Tracey (in particular) and the team at Eastbourne were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They talked through the items I was interested in, giving helpful information which eased me in to making my mind up. Very happy with our experience at DFS and would recommend.

I found my vist was very good

I found my vist was very good, there was no pressure from the staff able to walk around looking at all of the furniture. When I found a item we wanted Ian the salesman was very helpful went through details and costing with myself and wife which we then placed an order for 2 sofas very pleased with our experience.

A Positive Experience from Start to Finish

The lady who helped us was called Katie and she was so helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us our options, explained and had images of the options that weren't actually available to view. She wasn't at all pushy and left us to decide on our own. We were offered hot drinks, we declined but it was a nice touch. When we finally made a decision, she explained everything in detail and ensured we were happy with our choice.

I was greeted promptly on arrival at…

I was greeted promptly on arrival at your Birmingham store by Imran on Wednesday 18th September. I have shopped with you previously, albeit in the 1990s - my experience yesterday was exactly what I expected knowing the high standards of your company. I had spent quite a lot of time making my selection at home, taking measurements etc so knew the range I was interested in, the reason for my visit being to look at fabric swatches. Everything was explained in detail, nothing was too much trouble.

Elly at the Rugby store was fantastic

Elly at the Rugby store was fantastic. Very honest about certain materials (we have a dog) which resulted in us picking a cheaper sofa! Not pushy, very friendly and ordering process was quick, not rushed.
