Nicola who works in sofology was absolutely brilliant. As soon as we walked through the door she made us feel welcome.
She listened to what type of couch we wanted and with what we had in mind.
Once we proceeded with our purchase she took us through all delivery options and explained the whole process.
If we ever need another couch we will definitely use sofolgy.
Will definitely be telling others to shop here. Amazing experience

We visited this store on 2 occasions, firstly we were greeted by Rich who ultimately helped us make our decision! He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas. When we returned to place our order we were greeted by Rachel who went through the whole process with us! Fantastic team and we couldn't be happier with the service we received!

Paul was fantastic at providing the detail we needed and also helping us work out if the sofa and chair we were looking at would be right for us and our room. There was no pressure to buy and he was very patient with us (& our 5 year old!). When we returned to purchase the sofa, Paul was with another customer so we completed our order with Gabby who was also very patient and took care to explain everything to us. There was another gentleman in there who kept checking we were ok while waiting for Paul too. Such a great shopping experience.

I had ordered our new sofa online. Unfortunately there was an issue with payment being taken and no order confirmation received. After a quick call to Sofology I spoke to Michelle who was really helpful and made it easy to resolve. To finalise the order I then spoke to Richard at a time that suited me. He was great.
Fantastic, quick, efficient and friendly service. I am really impressed and can't wait to receive my new sofa.

Was able to have a little banter, and yet meanwhile pointing out our credit options & what to expect,so we are aware what is going to be happening. We bought the larger version of this sofa before Christmas but we paid cash then, so no issues. But went back there as staff are our kind of people, offering friendly advice.

Very positive experience! Good layout, friendly staff who were very informative. Helped when required but didn't pressure you or hover too closely. They gave you the time to sit and relax to test the products for as long as you wanted. They knew their products and finalising the sale was easy and very informative in respect of the insurance and after sales service. Would highly recommend.

The customer service that we have received in the Swindon store has been outstanding. Shanelle was a true delight and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble when we went back to the store today to place an order. We asked to look a some more sofas before making our final decision and Shanelle went out of her way to help. It was a pleasure to visit the store and make our purchase .

Very friendly and helpful gentleman helped us with our purchase. Despite technical issues with a new tablet system they were able to get us sorted with a set of sofas. They explained the sofology warranty and extras. They went through payment options and pricing. We will see how the sofa comes in 12 weeks time but as far as the service in store went it was great. A shame we can't recall the gentlemans name who helped us.

Derek was excellent, very helpful and ordered our sofa with ease. Been in the shop twice previously and left due to the pushy staff not allowing us a chance to look without harassing and following us around the shop. Derek was not like this at all very helpful and knowledgeable.

From the moment we entered the store the staff were extremely helpful in helping us find the sofa we had visioned. Salma was brilliant through out our purchase.
We came to find a sofa with our one year old daughter and Salma interacted with her and made picking our sofa easy. We were very grateful of all her product knowledge and kindness. We would Definity shop here again.

We were seen by Nicola in the cribs causeway store who was very friendly and welcoming. She helped me and my partner purchase our dream sofa of the 3 seater Marble Arch. The whole process was very straightforward. We purchased a few of the extra packages but I did not feel any pressure to do so.

Mark was an approachable sales rep. There is no pressure sales attitude and you are left to look around to make your choices. Mark was there if you had any questions about the available products, and talked through the buying and financial packages if required.

Very calm pleasant assistant helped us right through our decision to purchase a sofa bed to the point where she made it quite obvious that we could afford a 3 seat sofa as well. Win for us and win for Sofology. Looking forward to our new delivery.

The store is easy to find and all of the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in trying to find the perfect new couch and colour. Golden Retriever Nia also gives her paw of approval as she was allowed in the store and welcomed with a bowl of clean cool water. Shout out to her new bestie Philip, the "emotional support paw holder".

Great customer service from the team in Speke retail park. Especially Eddie who was really helpful and patient with measurements and very knowledgeable on all Sofology products.

We have gone for 1 x 3 seater Keswick which is also a sofabed and 1 x 4 seater Keswick sofa. Delivery was on time and easily adjustable. The delivery and installation team were great and took care not to damage walls or skirting (Unlike OakFurnitureland!) They also took all the packaging and recycling with them.

Great experience and would happily shop here again.

The support we received recently from Sofology Warrington from Harrison was second to none. He was clearly very well informed and was keen to support us reaching the right choice for us both. Supportive but by no means pushy. Excellent.
