The apartment is nicer and bigger as on the pictures. It is also very clean and well renovated. The neighbourhood is great with all anemities. The Landlord Pamela and her husband are very kind people. They gave us all informations about the neighbourhood.

I thought that the fees one had to pay to access the platform and booking was a bit high for no service whatsoever afterwards. I also don't think that Housing Anywhere vets landlords thoroughly enough, since I had a very bad experience with my landlord, similarly to all the tenants that stayed in the flat before me.
Throughout my stay at this appartement, I had numerous issues with my landlord: him not being reachable, no care to replace faulty equipment in the flat, high rent, eviction threats during the Olympics, ... There are little to no way to signal those issues through Housing Anywhere.

- Convenient moving in. - Public areas are not as good as pictures on the website. - Beautiful public park in front of the Building. - The service is OK. I solved every problem, but it was not excellent. It always takes several days to reply. ( Considered mandatory services fees paid monthly. it is not good service) -The living room condition is good, but sound insulation is not enough.

They didn’t fully give a clear explanation of the cancellation policy. Housing anywhere stole €700 from me. They blamed it on the landlord and the landlord says they have the money. Do not use this platform for anything outside finding local leads and reach out to the property managers directly. Cut out the middle company aka housing anywhere. I can’t wait to see them in court plus I filed a compliant with the better business bureau and the European Commission business disputes portal :)

Landlord had a nice welcome, and whenever I needed something to be repaired, he always responded as soon as can be. I like the place because I am surrounded by nice neighbors most of them are working families. Mostly I like the view from my apartment balcony to the garden outside.

Don't rent from Habyt it's a scam. Use anything else i beg you
I asked them please fix the bathroom door which has a broken frame which cannot be closed if broken, I even asked them to paint the stain on the wall which they refused however i even told them i will pay everything by myself just give me permission to paint it which they refused, freezer slider they refused to replace it although it was really cheap it was around 20Euros by piece.
My room was really dirty i had to clean the apartment and my room for 4 days and the whole equipment costed 70 Euro.
There was no clear instructions to basic things such as trash handling, doorbell usage, i didn't even get proper documents for Anmeldung except the contract.
I will sue them. Because this is a clear scam by German standard

When I checked in on September 1st, Claudia was not in the area and it was her mother Grazia who welcomed me and signed the contract. Later, I also met Claudia, and they were both very friendly. The house has good conditions in all aspects, although there are some problems in some areas, they are all minor issues.
