Ordered it ...came on time...

Ordered it ...came on time.... not best product but I didn't pay a fortune. Won't pair with American headphones but pairs fine with Swedish headphones. But that's the product.
There service was fine

Very professional.

First I ordered an incorrect charger. I emailed if I could return it. I received a very helpful reply in English from Peter. I was able to return the cable and get a new one within 2 days! Again I received an email from Peter telling me the refund has been approved. It was a very professional service. Thank you.

I just asked to cancel my order several…

I just asked to cancel my order several minutes after ordering through email. And they did it so smooth and quickly with no further questions . My payment type was Klarna and paying later. The payment first was in progressing and it gets disappeared automatically after cancellation as I expected. Thanks.

Quick & easy

Since Samsung is no longer including chargers with their latest series of smartphones - I had to order one myself. The price for the 25W fast charger offered at ITsajten.se was absolutely the lowest compared to any other website I have checked, even with adding the shipping costs.

Delivery was also very quick. All in all - very satisfied.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, speedy delivery, and quality products.

There was an issue with my original order and had to make a return. The whole process of returning the item and getting a refund was quick, easy, and the customer service excellent.

I proceeded to make another order and was very happy with the items I received. Will use again!

Fast delivery but product was…

Fast delivery but product was unfortunally bad. Samsung headset with really bad sound quality. Strange thing is that i had same before they came with box and everything and had really good sound and this new from it sajten came in plasticbag and sound like it is coming from a hole. Its like they are some chinese copy and not original one 😕

After couple failed deliveries from …

After couple failed deliveries from Amazon, i decided to give itsajten a try and on all occasions they produced. One occasion the charger became faulty after couple month, they sent me a replacement straight away. I found them to be friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Unsatisfactory service

I have purchased an item on 5th of December and I still haven't received it. This is really disappointing and I wrote to you about it and you mentioned holidays as an excuse while I have ordered from other companies last week and I received them. Honestly I am not satisfied with your service and if I could I would give you less than one star while waiting for my package.

The worst experience of my life

The worst experience of my life. It took 1 week just to get an email that said “we didn’t find your address” (I have been order many things from other sites I know my address) not even a track number from the nordpost what a scam. And they didn’t even reply to my emails anymore not even a refund. What a scam. 1 whole week without getting the product and my money back

It was very sad to hear that you had a bad experience in your contact with us.

We have looked and can see that you used several different e-mail addresses for both the purchase and your contact with us, which we can see that we should have replied to 7 e-mails regarding this matter, but it is quite possible that our answers may have been filtered and ended up in your spam.

This shipment was also returned to us from PostNord on 4/3 due to the fact that the address was unknown and does not exist and since you yourself chose the delivery method letter post, the shipment is also not traceable via PostNord.

These are usually handled as an unopened package when they come back from the carrier but we made an exception and handled it as a normal return instead.”
