I had a situation where I had an ongoing subscription plan but was still debited due to a recurrent payment.
Upon contacting Lebara via live Chat, the agent who attended to me was very helpful and professional. And they helped to resolve the issue at once which I’m happy about.

Lebara is my best mobile line in the UK…

Lebara is my best mobile line in the UK I have used it more than one year and half. I want thank the company because they gave the line for free when I went to Kenya embassy to submit my visa application. So immediately I arrived in the UK I started using the line up to date.
The staff are very efficient and understand. I wish to specifically comment one of the staff for good online customer service, she is Miss Apurva J ,she is very understanding and good communicator who know how to handle customers,

A big "Thank you", Suraj Soni!

I called Lebara's UK Customer Services Team from France and I was very lucky that my call was answered by Suraj Soni. He approached the conversation with laudable patience and understanding and solved the issue I was calling about quickly and effectively. While on the call I confirmed that the issue has been resolved, so I did not even have to wait at all. A big "Thank you", Suraj, keep up the great work!

I called Lebara to help port my…

I called Lebara to help port my daughter's number and to also modify my own Lebara package. I was served by Mr Imran Khairdi who did a wonderful job. I was not expecting such great customer service. Well done Imran!! You deserve a raise!!

Very helpful customer service

I couldn't find an answer to my questions on the Lebara website, so I called the customer service line. The call was answered by Aadesh who was helpful, friendly and professional. He was able to pinpoint the cause of my issue and provided an instant solution. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Labara still hasn't returned my money.l…

Labara still hasn't returned my money.l sent them proof of payments and still nothing l wrote to them by email and and posts on X.l have never had a reply from CEO Stephen Surrock and Manager John-Paul Patten said he would sort it.
WHEN I WENT INTO HOSPITAL I STOPPED LABARA,IT NEVER WORKED BECAUSE OF THE POSTCODE.WHILE IN HOSPITAL LEBARA KEPT TAKING MONEY.I DONT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE A HIGH RATING WHEN THEY DO THESE DIRTY TRICKS?

3 times now I have put £5 on my phone…

3 times now I have put £5 on my phone believing I have had £5 of credit , no confirmation text,no credit added to my phone so where as this money gone? Think the word is scam,something ain't right here. Contacted lebara with my details claiming it takes up to 5 days to respond,WHY? Not great customer service.butvgreat atvtaking money off me for nothing in return.

Best in class Service

Best in class Service
My call landed with Neha, who patiently listened to me to understand my issue and provided the solution to address that issue. Nothing more or less. I don't need to struggle or explain a second time. While some of the competitors are charging for caring for their customers, Lebara having such a wonderful team makes me feel that I am with safe hands.

Super easy switch

Super easy process to switch my phone number over from my old provider, I selected a date and the transfer was done by 9:30 AM that day. Akshay from the customer service team was really helpful and kept me updated. Very happy with my experience

Excellent customer service and overall experience

Prakrithi did an excellent job and managed my call professionally although my request was termination (not Lebars fault; it's more of a Vodafone signal strength issue). Btw I still love Lebara and the overall experience, competitive plan options and best deal options than any others providers out there. But unfortunately the signal strength is weak in my area. So i had to terminate one plan, but will keep my secondary sim in the hope that they improve the signal strength in my area.

I have phoned with a problem aceessing…

I have phoned with a problem aceessing my account several times due to delay with email passwords arriving and have had several people promise to help but to no avail. Today Niyamat Bangi, listened to me and sorted the problem. More customer relations personnel like him needed

Lebara customer service was brilliant

Once again Lebara customer service was brilliant, this time it was Raunak that helped me. I needed to cancel another sim card that I ordered and once again they helped out with no problems at all, no messing around, trying to wriggle out of things all done nice and friendly. If you are not on this network you should think about joining them, great prices and brilliant support

IFantastic service from Ashpak

I love Lebara

The Lebara agents are always so polite and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I like the flexibility that Lebara offers. The price is so good, too, and without the automatic CPI plus 3% increases every year which many other providers impose.
Today, Santosh sorted out my problem with no fuss.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I tried to move my contract to a SIM only with Lebara, but because I am currently with vodafone (Lebara's carrier) I cannot use the PAC number to retain my number (normal phone behaviour apparently). So I used the chat function, immediately requested to speak to a human to cancel the lebara order, the human - Aniket - said "yes sure" and just did it! No messing about, no can I persuade you to stay, no complicated things. Makes me want to join them more - so reckon I will move to three or something for a month then switch to Lebara. Thanks Aniket

I spoke to Anurag Trupat who dealt with my problem in a speedy helpful confident manner he went above and beyond and even gave me some extra top Iup to help me which I wasn't expecting but was really helpful at the time. Excellent customer service

I was wanting to upgrade my plan to but I ended up buying two plans by accident so had to call Lebara. After a few minutes I got through to Imran and he sorted it all out, plus he upgraded my data plan for the same price. This is real customer service, helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10.

Customer Services - Account Resolution.

On the rare occasions that inevitably occur in the world of IT ... Billing was an issue that is a rare event with this organisation.
When the issue is resolved in a timely and efficient manner makes it all the more rewarding.
Imran initially & Kaizad most recently today, were great in quickly attending to my issue.
I trust this will be a permanent fix but with the knowledge I can call back if not.
