The litter box works really well once you get the box itself locked in. I have slight difficulty every time I have to lock it in and it takes quite a few tries to get it lined up properly, but once it's in, you're good to go. I also have noticed the bags are a bit too large for the waste container, so make sure the bag is pressed into the waste bin as far as it will go. I have only been using about a week so far, but I'm happy with it.

I run a pet rescue, and we get in cats with litter box issues all the time. That is the main reason they are surrendered to us. I have tried many automatics, and this one is the best so far, with the least amount of mechanical issues. Thank you!

I love this litter box. It has made my life so much easier and I don’t worry about my cat having to use a dirty litter box. It’s always ready for him. Keeping the box clean is so simple and easy. My granddaughter is having a baby and I got her one to help her out and make caring for her cats easy with the baby.

The best money I have ever spent in my entire life! I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! My 3 cats took to it immediately, in fact my youngest black one wants to live in it! Lol! I am disabled so it has totally made my life 100% better! Thank you Meowant!

Easy to set up, easy to use, and my cats started using it right away! I like that it's smaller than some other automatic litter boxes, but still big enough to fit my big cats. The waste bin is very easy to empty. I do wish the waste bin was a little bigger, but other than that, I'm super happy with this litter box!

We are having a problem with our unit but they want a video of it happening. Can’t see it when it happens until you lift it up and all the dirty litter falls out. Hard to catch a video when it happens . Took forever to get response to my oneline help request and no phone number to contact them.

Order arrived quickly. Was packed well. Easy to set up and instructions to operate were clear and easy to follow. Unit set up and operational with 20 minutes.

It arrived today easy to assemble, the only downside was there’s no easy way to add the litter to the box there’s a small circle opening so you can’t just pour the litter in you have to use a scooper.

Just received and set up two Meowant litter boxes. Very simple set up. I did not hook up to the app as it isn’t really my thing and I have multiple cats using them. A little over 24 hours since they have been up and running. Some use from the cats but still mainly using their basic litter box. With more time I am fairly confident they will make the switch. Really hoping these work well and if they do will purchase additional units for other locations in house and barn.

Everything was so straightforward and fast! This litter box has changed the game for us. So far everything is working well. This litter box was just what we needed. I had a hard time finding an automatic box that worked with clumping wood litter, so I’m thankful that I found Meowant!

I have never received my package. I contacted the post office then contacted meow and who told me to contact the post office even though I had already said on my email that I’d done this already. Weeks have gone by with me out several hundred dollars


This is really rotten customer service. Also this demanded I edit out what it called inappropriate language even though it wasn’t inappropriate. This means this review site is censoring people’s poor experiences with companies.

Pricing quite fair, units operate well. A few issues but ESTY had to make me aplastic guard to prevent the litter from coming out of the front when the cats cover their goods

The Meowant products are difficult to clean and fill too quickly in a multi cat household. While the pricepoint is good, the units are too small for large house cats and the unit becomes dirty quickly.

Fast shipping! I received it within a few days. So far it seems to be working great. I have 3 cats. 1 of them is very large and round, 1 is muscular and heavy and 1 is a 4 month old kitten. All of them fit easily through the opening and it's neat that it weighs them and you can look at the app to see how often each cats weight is in the box. Odor is way down, saved a lot on litter, and super easy clean up. Well worth the money!

I have four of these litter boxes so that tells you that I like them a lot. They are easy to set up and use and they even give the cats some amusement when they run through their cycle; the cats sit by and watch it do its thing.

Of the four I received, one of them didn't come with the guard/fence/gate that snaps on the door opening and helps prevent litter from being tracked out. I reached out to customer service and got the run-around - one person told me they didn't make these. someone else told me to go to an Etsy shop to purchase it, which I eventually did for an extra $20. Also, the QR codes that come in the instructions do not lead to a working site.

Package arrived by FedEx a day earlier than anticipated. Only small issue was that it required an adult (over 21) signature. I had it delivered to my local FedEx facility so I could pick it up and sign at that time. It was very easy to set up. Both cats were very interested in the cleaning cycle and sat and watched it a few times. I followed the suggestion and put a small amount of litter from their old box on the top of the new litter. My 12 year old Ragdoll entered the box right away and did her business. I set it for 10 minutes after she finished to give the litter time to clump. When the cycle started they both sat and watched again. My 16 lb, 7 year old black cat has been a bit more skeptical. I ended up placing her in the box and petting her while inside so she felt comfortable. When she got out I pet her some more and gave her a treat. Their old box is in the same room still, but I have been covering the top a bit more each day making the opening smaller. While I was at work yesterday, I got a notification that the black cat used the box! It's the 5th day and also the weekend, so I will be home. I will remove the old box and make sure the big girl has success all day today. Hope this is helpful information.

I gave this as a gift to my son. They love it! Their cat took to it right away and they love that you can see all of his information on the app. He is susceptible to kidney problems so seeing his schedule is perfect. And the clean up is a breeze. My daughter in law is pregnant so my son says cleaning the box is so much easier since it is just him. Great item!
