I just received my litter box

I just received my litter box, and the packaging was great. Very easy to set up and connecting to the blue tooth was a breeze. My kitties took to it as soon as I put the litter in it. I love the notifications, detailing their weight and how long they’re in it. It’s also very quiet when cycling. If the box keeps performing this well, I will be ordering 2 more. Thank you Meowant!!!

This has been perfect for my cats!

This has been perfect for my cats!! Clean litter and zero smell! All that needs to be done is empty the bag every few days, and it keeps everything smelling good. Every now and then a cat will urinate on the side (inside) and you’ll have to get in there and clean it, but all in all it’s not THAT big of a deal and so worth the “hassle.” So much better than cleaning and maintaining a regular box! This is worth the money!

Great purchase

I picked this litter box due to its more open style. My kitten took to it right away and loves going in there. It works flawlessly so far, and makes kitty maintenance a breeze. Unfortunately, my large older cat won’t go any where near it, so I still have to have a traditional litter box for him. But for the use that it gets from my other cat - I would highly recommend

Definitely worth it!

I've had my Meowant litter robot for about 2 months now. It's been a breath of fresh air, literally! No smell, easy clean up, and my 18 pound cat had no trouble adapting! She fits like a charm! I also had some trouble with my order at the beginning but Meowant CS was helpful in making it right.

No customer service and hard to get a refund

Our cat wouldn’t use the new box and then passed away (unrelated). Been trying to return for a refund and very limited help and few responses. Have now shipped it back at our own expense and can’t get anyone to confirm receipt or process the refund. Pretty sure this company is a scam. Be warned if you plan on ordering that customer service is nonexistent after they take your money!!!!

Drum replacement

I had a problem with the silicone pad in the drum of my unit. Meowant was very understanding and very helpful in rectifying the issue. The company cares about their customers and in this case went out of their way to satisfy my needs. Thanks Meowant for the great service.

Better than the rest!

Customer service and tracking are on point. I was using Elspet before, and NEVER again will I be making that mistake. The reviews for this product are outstanding, I wish I would've looked around more before when I bought the Elspet, it was a piece of junk! This product holds a promising future for me and my fur babies!

Great Product/Great Purchase

I'm loving my new litter box more every day. The transition from old to new wasn't difficult and how nice it is not to have my boy scattering messy litter or stepping into messy droppings. I'm a happy camper ☺️

Pros-Cons

Pros-quiet, larger open,
Cons-Messy, cat litter sticks to the grate, the inside back lid, need to buy extra pieces from Etsy to make grate openings smaller to clean litter more thoroughly, and one to help keep litter inside. Modify waste bucket to keep particles from leaving waste bin when cycling. Seriously considering returning.

Timely delivery

Timely delivery. Easy assembly/setup. Large opening for my senior cats. Well worth the money. Although, I would not pay full price for a self cleaning litter box. The 50% discount was the determining factor. Will recommend this product.

Best purchase

It took about a week for my cat to try it. She checked it out but was a little skeptical. I added some of her litter from her old box and that got her to inside. Now this is her only box. I love it. No more smell and so easy to clean. I also found buying the jug litter container makes it real easy to add more litter or make a change. I also use way less litter now which saves money. For me, it was worth the investment. I was hesitant like most are due to the price but I’m so glad I finally bought it. My cat is happy as well because litter box is always clean now.

TERRIBLE SMELL, GETS STUCK

This cat box is a complete nightmare and I can't get any customer service I want to return it but no one will get back to me. Despite cleaning the bag out every day and replacing all the litter every week, the box smells DISGUSTING. I have never had this problem with my regular littler box. Today the drum got stuck and my kitten almost got stuck inside it. This machine is garbage. DO NOT BUY.

If you’re on the fence about it, give it a try…

I was worried how my cats would react to a self cleaning litter box. The 30 day money back guarantee and the reasonable price (using a promo code) was enough to get me to order the SC02. We’re almost a week in and I’m so glad I bought it. My cats are still curious when it begins to run, but they’re all using it. The larger opening is perfect for my chunks. I’m already planning on getting a second one in the near future.

GAME CHANGER

GAME CHANGER

I have 2 older cats who share a litter box and I was skeptical of all the electronic boxes out there - especially considering the price. I did a lot of research and finally bought the Meowant when it was on sale and I am SO GLAD I did. I used to have to scoop the box twice a day and now I just empty the canister every 3 or 4 days. The cats took to it in no time and one of my friends has already bought one too. My only complaint is that it is hard to completely clean (which I aim to do monthly at minimum) but it can be done. I am so glad I purchased this and would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence.

The product is good bad customer service

The product is good, however the customer service sucks. We thought our cat had an issue with the litter box but ended up a behavioral issue. Before I opened this litter box I asked 3 times to return an unopened item and they wouldn’t take it back. 90 day in home my ass after 2 days with no response I will be reporting this.
