The process to order was quick and easy. Our litter box arrived in a couple of days and took about 10 minutes to set up. Although we could not get it to connect to my phone, it did connect to my husband’s phone with no problem.
Our cats were curious during the entire time we were setting it up. Zorro used it right away! Elena had to go in and out a few times before she would use it. But, she is already a pro.
No odor! No mess!

Bought on their website. Went to return, filled out the form and no response. My return window closed. Ok, annoying. Sent emails to both of the emails provided on their website, no answers. Filled out the warranty form, no answer. Like why even have these warranty or return policies if you're just going to ignore customers? If the litter box *actually* worked, then maybe I could recommend it. But, with customer service this bad I can't even say anything nice about the product! Unfortunately now I'm just waiting for someone to response to this bad review so I can actually get an answer. Let's see if this method works!!!

I have only had it a few days, but I absolutely love it. Still waiting for my girls to get used to it. They are both curious and are looking at it a lot. I know at least one of them has already used it some. I had no trouble connecting the app to the litter robot. Set up was so simple and easy. It works great with tidy cats free and clean litter. No smell absolutely perfect.

I love these litter boxes. Price is reasonable and work so much better that the robot litter box. Also they have honored my warranty as they replaced the drum due to the pin on the door being broken when it arrived. I tried to use it but the door would catch during the rotation. They quickly sent me another one.

Extremely fast shipping, fast setup and price was amazing. Will most definitely recommend this to everyone. I love the braided power cord as my one cat chews cords if they’re not braided.

I have several kinds of Meowant automatic litter boxes and they have been the best litter boxes I've owned and I've owned many automatic litter boxes including the top named. These are the only litter boxes that I have never gotten an error on. They are easy to clean, easy to put together And we love keeping track of the cats in the app

I received my order quickly, it was easy to set up and the kittens used it right away. The only reason I took one star off is because I ordered the 3 pack of litter bags and only received one, otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase.

So far I have had this litter box for 2 weeks and love it. A few minor issues I was able to figure out by googling. Will probably be ordering another one because I have 3 cats and still have a regular litter box out in case they did not like this. The weights on my cats keep fluctuating in the litter box and it drives me crazy because I’m not sure which one to label it too. But that’s my ocd 😊
Meowwant Customer service needs to get a little better at responding quicker, and waiting for the package to sign for it was a pain, because I’m always out running my husband to doctor appointments and not home a lot. (Although you can have it dropped off at a location and you can physically pick it up somewhere)
I would recommended this littler box! It is the SCo2 box!

We have only had this litter box for 1 day, but it was super easy to assemble. It is whisper quite, easy to set up the app and our cats started using it immediately. We have the “ other” self cleaning box. Its noisey, cumbersome and we are constantly having to work on it to get it to clean. It was also VERY expensive and our large cat would not turn around inside it, so she is constantly peeing down the front. Uugghhh

The automatic litter is such a convenience to have, I don;t have to keep scooping litter every other day with my two cats. It was easy to setup only 2 piece that need to be put together, easy instructions to connect to WiFi. Came with a litter mat and a set of litter liners for the waste basket. 1 of my 2 cats started using it right away the other cat was a bit nervous at first but then adapted after a couple days.

Arrived pretty quickly and very easy to set up. My only complaint is when my cat pees near the front the clumps don't always fall back on their own during auto clean cycle. Overall it was worth the purchase and has saved me a lot of time, effort, and will help reduce physical chores for me as a person with chronic pain

My fur kids are still getting use to the litter box they are 15 year so first time with it but shipping was fast n it came in great condition. Putting it together was easy but I had to be careful cause I just had surgery lol thank you.

Love this litter box! I’m a flight attendant and my husband is a pilot, so there are days when obviously we aren’t home. This litter box has been so wonderful! Absolutely zero issues so far, definitely set up the app/settings before running though! I didn’t and it defaults to turn immediately after the cat steps out, which isn’t enough time for the litter to clump. Go into the app and set for 10-15 mins (I recommend 15!) though and you’re all set!!

I LOVE this litter box! We have a male cat that kept peeing outside of the box. No matter how clean we kept the box, he still would pee on the floor or in our bathroom sink. We were using the Tidy Cat Breeze Pellet litter system, which we like, but obviously that was the problem. Since getting this automatic litter box, our male cat has consistently used it and not peed out side of the box once. He also seems to enjoy sitting next to it and watching it turn/clean itself. No urine smell and it does the job! Best purchase I've made in a long time!

I love this litterbox I had a different automatic litterbox but it was complicated and not as easy to clean. And needed to be reset quite often.

The plastic parts, especially on the litter catcher door, started breaking at about 3 months. By 4 months it was coming completely off and stopping the cycle. At 6 mo I was so frustrated I threw it away and got another Litter Robot.

I'm not sure if it's the company or the delivery that I'm not happy with. I ordered 3. Received 2. One was busted and I kinda figured something would be wrong because the box was crushed on one side. I need to get this one returned for credit or replaced
