I've been a long time wearer of shape wear to mold & shape my natural curves. When I came across shapellx, it was a game changer. I purchased my first garment in 2021 and have been loyal ever since. Including the options, the quality construction, durability of the fabric and flexible boning is what has kept them as my number 1 choice that I even recommend to my friends & family. I even appreciate the customer service when I was waiting on my 2nd item to come ahead of an important event I was attending. The rep was empathetic and said it wouldn't be delivered but, some way it showed up at my door on the same day I needed it. If you haven't tried Shapellx, let this be the reason you try it out.

The material is well made and seems durable. I had an issues with sizing and contacted customer care. They responded immediately to correct the issue within days and my new items were shipped without a delay. I will be purchasing again.

Item came as advertised with no surprises or damage. I wanted to wait to review to insure my honest review. Yes, yes, yes, this bodysuit is freaking fantastic. I have waisted so much $$$ and time looking for a waist-defining, apron belly covering, holds you in/smooths your body, doesn't need multiple people to get it on & up, easy to go to the bathroom, makes you feel confident shapewear...Until now. True to size. Comfortable on the skin, and worth the price I paid. Thank you for being size inclusive.

I weigh 163 and am 5 feet 5 inches tall & ordered an Xl. It fit like a glove and accentuated my curves in a way that had me getting compliments all evening... however after ONE WEAR the zipper split right up the back while I was sitting! I immediately contacted customer service about the defective item (one wear shouldn't bust a zipper) and was told TOO BAD IT'S ALREADY WORN BUT WE'LL GIVE U A COUPON FOR A NEW ONE! Needless to say, I'm not interested in another one if the 1st one failed. Bottom line, it fits n looks great... while the zipper works! You've been warned...

The zipper is as not as accessible as it appears. Not sure if size matter on gaining access or losing it. Overall a comfortable fit. No rolling and sticking me in my sides.

Bought this item for my brothers wedding. I wore it to the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception, i must say it's incredibly comfortable and really cinched my waist. It was natural and proportional to the rest of my body. The zipper wasn't visible under my black dress for the rehearsal dinner or my blue bridesmaid dress. The item also arrived a lot quicker than i originally thought it would, less than a week actually. Great product quality, price and shipping time! 5 stars, would definitely recommend!

Customer service was very fast and efficient. I bought a medium which was a little slack and wanted to exchange for a small . I emailed them and almost instantly got a reply back with the shipping label. It was free to exchange . I’m not sure if it’s free for returns though. I am very satisfied with the quickness and ease of transactions. The material and fit of the garments are amazing quality. Will definitely repurchase in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Item that I ordered was not the right fit. Great experience with customer service and had no issues getting right item ordered. I even got a great offer to get more items! I love this brand and have a few different pieces that I wear daily.

I have not had anybody contact me for days and I have not received my order. Not even the Chat is available. According to the post office the item was sent back because they could not verify the address. Can someone please contact me. It’s easy to place an order but hard to reach someone for customer service. I need someone to reach out to me. This is unacceptable. My order number is SYSX-1344818

The body suit is very comfortable but does not have enough compression for lower stomach area. I tried 2x and xl and it just did not do the job for me and on top of the return you have to pay $22.00 each time you return a item. I gave it a 2 star because the material is nice but does nothing for the lower stomach.

The over all experience was fine but nothing was as comfortable as all the videos make it out to be. I wasnt a fan of the material either. The day I recieved my items was the day I requested a return. It wasn't worth the hassle of buying, just to be let down, pay for shipping your return just to get your money back. Basically wasted 20$ and my time 🤷🏽‍♀️. To each their own I guess.

My item was too small and I could not get any assistance with how to return. I did read the direction, however, it was stating send a picture of the item also and I was confused.
