Martin talked us through our options, they handled the grant application, BER assessment and the paperwork for selling power back to the grid. The installation team were friendly and very tidy! Wizer Energy was a great company to deal with. From Shauna and Sarah who both played a pivotal role in my positive experiance to the Roofers and the Electricians who were very knowledgeable and did a very neat and tidy job on my solar install. Back up is important to me and when I had questions about the install, it was always dealt with quickly and effiently. There will always be questions about this system and they have told me to keep in touch with any queries or questions I may have

BRILLIANT! Excellent service from start to finish. Big shout out to Shauna Heffernan who really went above and beyond from our first phone call. Shauna is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell, arranged to meet us in person at a time that suited us, guided us through the process, showed us the choice of products (in action!) listened to our needs, arranged everything and took all the stress away. Shauna also kept in contact and answered calls immediately. I felt like a VIP. The roofers were amazing, fast, efficient and tidy workers. The electricians planned everything carefully, took on board what we wanted and their installation is very neat and reassuringly safe. We are very, very happy with the work they did. Before they left, the electricians also made sure we know what was what, and emphasized the safety features and what we could or should not do! I cannot praise Wizer Energy and their staff highly enough. Oh, and their price was very competitive too.

Very happy with the installation given the challenge of the dormer roof with plenty of velux windows. Delighted to get 12 panels fitted and battery. A bit disjointed as panels fit 2 weeks earlier than electrical work done but overall was generating power within 4 to 5 weeks of order. Took another 2 weeks or so for paperwork to go through re selling back to grid. Earned over €70 credit off my electricity bill in first month after that. workmen were punctual and very tidy.
Deducted a star as invoice lacked a detailed breakdown of costs.

I found the Wizer team very easy to deal with. There is no hard sales push whatsoever. They were available to answer all questions and taylor the design to my requirements.
The installation went well. There were a few teething problems and a little miscommunication between the install teams, but everything was sorted out quite quickly.
All documentation was made available quickly online so that I could complete the SEAI grant application.
I haven’t had any problems since the system was commissioned almost five months ago. It is working very well and I’m building up export credits with my electricity supplier which should help with the winter bills.

Great service from start to finish from Wizer. Boris who did the initial survey and the lads who installed the system over 1.5 days were a pleasure to have in the house and all work was very tidy. We are very happy with the finished system and it is working well (if you could order a bit more sun that would be appreciated!). Happy to recommend Wizer to anyone. I also like to see Martin's practical but not pushy advice on the solar Facebook forums.

Wizer Energy recently installed our solar panels. From start to finish we were given the best of customer service throughout. No question went unanswered. No phone call was ignored. The whole process was smooth, hassle free and successful. The team were good fun on site and yet very professional. I made a point of calling the MD afterwards to congratulate him on having such a great team behind the Wizer Energy name. We would highly highly recommend this company to anyone in Ireland thinking of going down the route of Solar Panels. You wont be disappointment.

The installers were excellent as were the electricians on the job. All installers and electricians were extremely polite, helpful and tidy in their work. I did have issues with the office in relation to establishing a firm schedule and setting a date for the job to be finished. The installers and electricians carried out their work without disruption to me while I worked from home. I would recommend them.

Wizer Energy were very helpful, efficient and did the install over 2 days. The solar panels were installed by the roofing team on the first day and all electrical work was completed on the second day by the electricians. Wizer Energy did all the documentation for the SEAI grant - all I had to do was provide my bank account details. The whole process was very straightforward and seamless. I am delighted with the solar panels and wish I had installed them sooner.

Highly recommend Wizer energy. We had Zero hassle throughout the whole process. Customer care service is excellent. We had a ground Mount system & installers were excellent & so was the electricians. The lads were all very helpful & tidy.

Very good service. Helpful and knowlegable staff. Neat tidy and compotent. There was a leak in the roof because the wrong bracket was inadvertantly used but it was fixed the next day. Thats the sign of a good company that doesnt dissapear when problems begin. One quibble. They made me dig a trench for a cable to connect from system in garage to house which wasnt needed as it worked wirelessly so that was a waste of time and effort. Apart from that im very happy with the system

I have a 24-panel system with battery. I'm on a Smart EV plan with Energia currently, 4 bed detached, 3 people, heat pump for the heating system and hot water, 1 EV. For May and June, we used 55% of the energy produced by the panels, and sold the rest back to the grid for credit on our bill. Our electricity bill for this period was zero, with several hundred euro credit now on there.

I would highly recommend Wizer Energy for the installation of PV solar panels. Our first contact was with Shauna who was most helpful with organising the installation of our PV panels. The lead in time was sooner than we expected. The panel installers and electricians did a great job. They tidied up the place after the work was completed. Wizer Energy are an excellent company to deal with.

Having shopped around for a while I found that Wizer offered the best overall package from the perspective of both value for money and the quality of components. The installation happened when they said it would happen. We were up and generating in no time. 100% recommended.

Excellent company, maybe best on the market. They are not fear of complicated projects and not rising prices for troubles. I have 3 store high old building with very limited access. But they managed to put solar panels on my roof anyway. Since then, they are working perfectly.

From start to finish I have had an excellent experience. From, roofing, electrians and office teams - all have been exceptional. I had Solar PV, battery and change over switch installed. I also have experienced post installation support which was great. I needed a replacement inverter installed due to a rare manufacturer fault with the original inverter which impacted the change over switch from functioning correctly. All replaced without issue. Big thank you to all at Wizer Energy.

After contacting a few companies i felt even after talking with Martin he knew his stuff. When the lads came to install and set up they were very patient and there was no problem in coming back after a little error in installing occurred even months later when i changed Internet provider Martin took a call and walked us through how to change over.
