ENERGIA Door to door sales person called to say they in the area and have the best deals going,,,SHE SAID THAT I WAS OUT OF CONTRACT AND CAN SIGN UP FOR THIS. SO I SAID HAPPY DAYS and signed up,,,only the other day I received a 50 euros penalty on each gas and electric accounts,,due to this door to door sales person for energia,now I feel like I can't even trust the package when I was on the phone to energia,cancelled the contract with them and going back to sse who I will probably have to pay for the penalties, hopefully I might get something from them when I sign back up..BUT SERIOUSLY BEWARE OF THE DOOR TO DOOR SALES TEAM FOR ENERGIA,,IT COULD COST YOU A LOT..

I've spoke with many agents over the last few weeks in relation to installation of broadband. All were extremely helpful but in particular today, Béla was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly. She left no stone unturned. She was very professional. Thank you so much Béla.

In my case there was an issue with pairing the Eddi/Harvi/Grid and I was concerned about my energy bills.I spoke to Michelle Sherry and she made several callbacks to me and sent emails to myself and Myenergi to get it sorted.By being so helpful and seeing it through to the end it took the stress out of the whole problem.In future I would call her or her colleagues if I have concerns.After troubleshooting with Michelle for almost two weeks I know a lot more about pairing devices. I'm not tech savvy so Michelle took such a huge interest in getting to the bottom of it and stuck with me until it was fixed.

Had really nice experience with Dave from Dolphin Utilities. He was very responsive even after office hours he helped me with my bills and provided best advice to switch the electricity provider. Will definitely recommend everyone.

We had system installed 2 years ago with SolarSmart. I contacted them at 7.30pm last evening regarding a problem with our Eddi. Within 5 minutes, Darren, replied with suggestions as to what might be the issue. He continued to offer support and advice until the issue was resolved a few hours later. To get such a prompt response to my query was very impressive and to have issue resolved that evening was even more so! 2 years down the line and they were still at the end of the phone, even at night!
