Place Parcel on Door step not onbin

Your Driver photoed my parcel on Front Door step. Not there being house bound, time I got to front driver, behind left heavy parcel behind gates in car port on dust bin. As I unable to go out, down front steps with out assistance I had to phone carer to come to house & bring parcel from inside gate on bins Please tell drivers to always leave on Front Door Step. If weather bad just wait a minute or so allowing me to get Front door so I can reach parcel

Driver was lovely and item was hand…

Driver was lovely and item was hand delivered to the front door (and we live in a remote spot) only negative is the tracking is often a bit slow to update. Often with little notice as to which day delivery attempt will be made.

Lovely

The lady who delivers our EVRI parcels is always lovely. She knocks and waits for the door to be answered, she always says hello with a smile, and always says "goodbye, have a good day".
Something a lot of delivery drivers don't bother to do.

OK service, some good quality items

Quick sometimes delivering item's, a delivery drivers are very friendly & nice to talk to (when I see them).
Always put in correct safe place, no problem.
Some clothes & item's are not what I expected, not good quality.
But most are ok.

Mike our delivery driver is the best

Absolutely never had a problem with delivery because Mike is so reliable. On top of it he's so friendly he's a real part of our community now after so long doing such a great job. We're lucky to have him!

Evri has always been great

Evri has always been great. Paul is our regular delivery man and always delivers on time and makes sure he delivers it to a safe place and does not just leave it in an unsafe place. Thank you Evri and Paul. Keep up the good work.

Freya is always on time very helpful and friendly. My street was closed on this occasion and she ran from where she could park to deliver my parcel what a conscientious lady

Great service

Our courier arrived within the timescales promised and as always was polite and friendly. The delivery included a large box which he carried in through the front door. Excellent service!

Consistently impressed

I’ve been consistently impressed with Evri’s service! The delivery person is always incredibly nice and polite, making the whole experience so pleasant. My latest parcel arrived even earlier than the expected date, which was a fantastic surprise.

Evri’s communication is top-notch—they always keep me updated at every stage of the process, so I know exactly when to expect my delivery. Their prompt and reliable service makes them my go-to for deliveries. Highly recommend!

Good service…

I am absolutely delighted when the driver leaves the packages on the covered patio or in a shed. The always turn up when they say they will and seem to be able to find us which is not totally straightforward.

The delivery man followed my instructions and brought the package up to my door rather than leave it at the communal postal area. He was also polite.

customer service is a disgrace

customer service is a disgrace. should be illegal the lack of help there is. all options chat, phone and email do not work and are deliberately designed to be as unhelpful as possible. all automated/robots, impossible to speak to a human. there is no way of resolving an issue if your parcel is delayed or potentially lost.

The person who delivered the parcels…

The person who delivered the parcels posted them through the letterbox. Much safer than leaving them outside on the doorstep.

Useless Liars

Genuinely the most incompetent delivery company out there. Parcel delivered to there warehouse on 5th November - apparently the driver forgot to collect it, given a promise by Claire that it would be delivered next day - no it did not. Flying out tomorrow let's see if it gets here today - i won't hold my breath! Order number H043PA0007688096.

Update - what a stupid reply - you have my parcel number - why don't you use some initiative and chase the parcel and give me an update- instead you want me to waste time chasing you?????
