Could be more explicit around airline restrictions on baggage etc

The flight plus hotel = true pleasure

Easy to book

The booking process was straight forward, the hotel location was great and the venue was perfect!

As discovered later, if I booked saparately hotel and flight, I paid less around £65.

In future, first I need to vheck airlines and hotels saparately.

The location is very close to the beach and other markets, like a 5 minute walk.

The food was very high quality but with limited options (some people don’t like that but personally I was very happy with the selection). The alcoholic drinks were not that good, sadly.

The rooms were clean, modern and same as the pictures, with the only negatives being that a third person has to sleep on the couch.

There were night time concerts after 9pm by the pool which was very beautiful and many people would play board games in that area.

The service was lacking. There were often missing glasses or utensils, there was only 2 coffee machines and both made lattes without milk. Personnel was a little slow.

Able to find a good deal with a hotel in a quieter neighbourhood, with convenient flights.

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. The rooms are infested with ants all on the beds. We reported this immediately to both management and reception then asked to change rooms after our disappointing first night of no working toilet, no lock and mold covered throughout the room and bathroom. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had two pairs of shoes go missing and never found. The “Housekeeping supervisor” has the worst customer service she talks to you like you are nothing along with staff members who are very uncooperative. Had a power cut lasting 45 minutes. We came back home sick and feeling disheartened about our whole experience. Do not recommend, stay far away!

Good flight, nearly on time!

Booking was easy. Holiday, flights and transfers arranged all at the same time

We have used lastminute.com a few times now and have been very happy with them. Ease of use and straight forward.

Good range of options, great that flights were automatically checked in, fast response on the chat.

The hotel (Britania) stole items from our room, it was reported to management, they apologised but did nothing!
